The first seven days after you install One Day are free, with nothing held back. After that a single purchase unlocks the app forever — it is not a subscription and it does not renew.
Settings → Restore purchase, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. The unlock is also shared with your Family Sharing group.
No. The Game, the Journal, the morning read and the full Markdown export stay open whether or not you buy. Only writing new entries is locked.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Both devices need to be signed in to the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive on. Sync happens in the background and can take a minute; opening the app on both devices with a network connection usually settles it.
No — and that is deliberate. Your writing is in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot read. Export regularly from Settings if it matters to you.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → One Day, and the toggles in the app's own Settings. Interrupts stop while the app is locked and return when you unlock it.
Yes — pull down on the notification and type your answer there.
Settings → Export everything (Markdown). It includes every answer, interrupt, reflection and your current game.
Settings → Erase everything. Immediate and permanent, on this device and in your iCloud.
